Welcome to the Greater Baltimore Hamboree and Computerfest, one of the largest Amateur Radio and technology shows on the East Coast!

Attention: We are pleased to announce major changes to and reorganization of our event. Having received suggestions and comments over recent years, we have changed our use of the fairgrounds facilities for your comfort, convenience, and our more efficient use. This coincides with our interests in improving profitability in these days of changing hamfest interests and rising expenses.

The show now takes place entirely within the spacious, heated Cow Palace and on one day. Gone are the days of spread over multiple buildings with disorganized tailgating in several unconnected locations. Instead, pre-planned allocation of spaces for Commerial vendors, flea-market style tables, and indoor tailgating compact everything into an immense, segmented arena of the three shopping venues that hams and technical enthusiasts want and with reduced, less-productive walking between features. No more inclement weather worries for outdoor vendors or for running between buildings. All can dress for comfort and maximize time spent. Rest room and dining facilities facilities are located inside the building. The Cow Palace is approx. 1/2 mile outside diameter--plenty of room for all intended activities!

As a one day event, we've eliminated the confusion of "which day will my favorite tailgater/vendor be working?" or "which day is the 'meet up' with my friends?". Saturday has been the big day of past GBHC events and we are concentrating on that single day to continue to strive for the best possible experiences for our devoted attendees and vendors. With all activities taking place in a single day, much of your weekend is still available for family and other activities. Thank you for your continued support!
