The entire event takes place in the spacious Cow Palace that features:

Basic Indoor Space Tailgate style spaces in the north end of the Cow Palace. The spaces are approx. 10' by 20', no tables and no chairs will be provided for this space. Admission is NOT included within the price of the space. LAYOUT
Flea Market Space Includes one 8' table per space in the south end of the Cow Palace. Chairs will be provided. Admission is NOT included within the price of the space. LAYOUT
Commercial Space An 8' by 10' deep, pipe and drape space with one 8' table per space. Electric is available and up to 2 admissions will be provided per space. Chairs will be provided. LAYOUT

There is NO outdoor tailgate as the north end of the Cow Palace will be Indoor tailgating. The show will take place rain or shine.

1. How much for each space? How much is an admission ticket?
The Basic Indoor space is $20 per space, the Flea Market is $30 a space and the Commercial space is $75 a space. Admission is $8 if paid in advance and $9 at the door.

2. When can I begin to set up on Friday, April 4, 2013?
The building will be available for set up on Friday, April 4, 2014 from 5pm to 11:59pm. At 11:59pm, the building will be locked for the night and monitored by security personnel. It will then reopen at 4:30am on Saturday, April 5, 2014 until 8:00 am. Attendees will be allowed to enter at 8:30am. All vehicles MUST be out of the building prior to 11pm on Friday. Vehicles will be allowed in the building on Saturday morning from 4:30am. until 7:45am. All vehicles must be out of the building by 8:00am.

3. Will I recieve confirmation for my payment?
Yes, confirmation will be sent via e-mail. If no e-mail is provided then an SASE is necessary to mail confirmation and space assignment to you.

4. When should I expect to receive my vendor packet?
Tickets and vendor packets can be picked up at the Cow Palace main entrance (glass doors) on Friday, April 4, 2013 from noon until 10:50 pm and Saturday, April 5, 2013 beginning at 4:30am.

5. How do I reserve a space? Do I need a Maryland Tax ID number?
You can reserve a space under the reserve tab, you may either print the pdf file and mail it to the address listed or you may reserve your space via PayPal. Yes, you are required by Maryland State Law to have a Maryland State Tax ID number. You will be required to provide your Maryland State Tax ID number.
